happy, happy :-)

I am very happy with my sleep bundle. Whenever my sleep gets disturbed during the night and I can't fall asleep again, I sit up in a chair, comfortable position, put my headphones on and start the deep sleep sound. I fade away usually within the first minute and wake up after a deep sleep, continue sleeping in bed, dreaming more intense and wake up in the morning, without further interruptions and very refreshed. So I am very happy - each one of those nights feel like a real gift for me - thanks :-)))

Sleep Bundle

So far it is helping me get to sleep and sleep longer, so I am very pleased. This is one of several sacred acoustics recordings I have purchased, and I like all of them. The 20-minute Theta and Delta recordings are effective as a meditation tool.

Required Nightly Listening

Love it. Every night I awaken at same time and always find it difficult to go back to sleep. This track does not always work but certainly does most of the time. i find it doesn’t work well if something is troubling me. Otherwise, I mix it with focused, deep, rhythmic breaths which really help. Eventually, I find myself snoring away once again. :) note: I always put it on repeat in case first time doesn’t kick in.

Not for me :(

Unfortunately for me the Sacred Sleep recording has not been helpful at all. I was wide awake all night after listening to this the first time, same result on the second attempt. Now I really know what insomnia is!! Oh dear, I must have a backwards kind of brain - these tracks obviously work for some people but certainly not all. I'm not brave enough to try any of the other tracks - I'm only just recovering from two nights of sleeplessness.
