Silence Your Restless Mind

by Karen Newell

Karen Newell and Gwyneth Paltrow

This week, read a Q&A with me (Karen Newell) at goop.com. I was honored to be invited to kick off January’s in Goop Health, where I led a sound meditation focused on the heart for roughly 500 people prior to Gwyneth Paltrow's opening remarks. It was great fun to spend a day in New York interacting with speakers and participants interested in expanding their mind and focusing on wellness.

The Q&A features questions covering how we develop our recordings, tuning into our spiritual nature, heart consciousness and my personal inspiration from ancient schools of spirituality in search of cultivating a deeper state of inner awareness.

Also, while at in Goop Health, Dr. Eben Alexander and I were interviewed and the podcast, "Is There Proof of a Spiritual Universe?" is featured on the goop podcast starting May 24, 2018.

Together, we share how we’ve learned to tap into a higher consciousness, the existing evidence of a spiritual universe, and why we’re on the verge of the greatest shift in human thought. Eben writes more about how the spiritual realm is not exclusive to any one group of people – it is accessible to us all and this fact greatly affects how we live our lives here and now.
